How to Make the Perfect Grilled Veg with Rainbow Peppers

Grilled vegetables are the unsung hero of summer meals. Done right, they’re smoky, juicy, and full of natural sweetness. And with just a pinch of the right seasoning, they become something truly crave-worthy.
Here’s how we like to do it with our Rainbow Peppers blend:
What You’ll Need:
- 1 courgette sliced into ribbons
- 1 red pepper cut into chunks
- 1 aubergine sliced
- A handful of cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salz Berg Rainbow Peppers
- Sea salt or our Pink Himalayan Salt if needed
Method:
- Preheat your grill or griddle pan until hot
- In a large bowl toss the vegetables with olive oil and a generous grind of Rainbow Peppers
- Grill the veg in batches until lightly charred and tender roughly 3 to 5 minutes per side
- Finish with another twist of Rainbow Peppers just before serving
Tip:
Serve warm or at room temperature with a dollop of Greek yogurt, a drizzle of tahini, or simply alongside your favourite protein.
