At Salz Berg, we draw inspiration from those journeys. Our name itself, meaning Salt Mountain, pays tribute to the age-old importance of minerals and seasonings in shaping the world’s cuisine. We’re not reinventing spice. We’re honouring its origins.

Our blends bring together ingredients that echo these historic connections. Sea salt from coastal regions. Herbs grown in the same climates that fed Roman feasts and Ottoman kitchens. Our Mediterranean Plateau blend, for instance, is more than delicious. It’s a celebration of the land and the legacy behind the ingredients.
